Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original Hirotaka gift box and protective packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
